Judith Marquand, RN

Ms. Marquand brings over 30 years experience in healthcare having managed and worked in the operating room, Endoscopy lab, and critical care areas. She has been a speaker and planner for both AmSurg and FASCA of TN conferences. Currently, as VP of Clinical Services for AmSurg, she is responsible to oversee AmSurg clinical services staff, develop and implement corporate and clinical services policies and procedures at the corporate and center level, maintain current knowledge of federal and state regulations and standards of accrediting organizations pertaining to ambulatory surgery centers, oversees the clinical aspects of the Center Director's performance, conduct on site assessments, monitor, audit & evaluate the quality of the clinical services provided and participates in senior management matrix organization that involves all AmSurg services.

ASC Excellence is a collaboration of state associations working to provide high quality education that is affordable and convenient for ambulatory surgery center owners and administrators.
