Meet the presenters

Judith Marquand, RN

Judith brings over 30 years experience in healthcare having managed and worked in the operating room, endoscopy lab, and critical care areas. She is the Educational Chair of FASCA of TN has been a speaker and planner for both AmSurg and FASCA of TN conferences. Currently, as VP of Clinical Services for AmSurg, she is responsible to oversee AmSurg clinical services staff, develop and implement corporate and clinical services policies and procedures at the corporate and center level, maintain current knowledge of federal and state regulations and standards of accrediting organizations pertaining to ambulatory surgery centers, oversees the  clinical aspects of the Center Director’s performance, conduct on site assessments, monitors, audits& evaluates the quality of the clinical services provided and participates in a senior management matrix organization that involves all AmSurg services.

Linda Brooks-Belli, RN

Linda Brooks-Belli is a registered nurse who has 28 years nursing experience in areas ranging from Medical-Surgical, Oncology, and Labor and Delivery with a major focus in gastrointestinal endoscopy where she became a Certified Gastrointestinal Clinician. She spent 12 years in the hospital setting where along with her clinical activities; she was active in writing policies and procedures. She later served as a Center Director of a freestanding ambulatory surgery center where she was also a Licensed Risk Manager. She then became a Director of Clinical Services for AmSurg. She is currently Sr. Director of Clinical Quality and Compliance and Policy Administration and serves as Associate Risk Manager for the corporate office of AMSURG where she designs and coordinates Corporate-wide quality initiatives. Several of her quality works have been presented at the American College of Gastroenterology and have been published in the American Journal of Gastroenterology and the Journal of Clinical Gastroenterology. She heads the Corporate Quality Assurance Committee and is active in the ASC Quality Collaboration where she has been involved in the development of the National Quality Forum approved quality measures for ASCs.
